Why it matters

The tests are short. Failing them isn't.

80%

to pass every test

Miss one question in five and you're retaking it. Each test is scored on its own.

1×

test once, move on

A failed test means waiting, rebooking and often paying again, before you can even get behind the wheel.

3

tests for a Class A permit

General Knowledge, Combination and Air Brakes, and you need 80% on every one. Each test is scored on its own.

Florida CDL Manual, p. 1-5; 49 CFR 383.135

Air Brakes

Ask why, get a straight answer

Stuck? Ask in plain words. The tutor answers from checked explanations only.

Why not B?
B is too slow. On a long grade you ease off the brakes about 5 mph under your safe speed, so at 40 you release at 35.

Hands-free drills

It reads the question out loud and listens for A to D. Parked or riding as a passenger only.

50

Full practice exams

Full-length tests drawn to the manual's weighting, scored against 80%.

Accuracy

Checked twice. Every question.

One wrong answer key can cost you a test, so nothing goes in until it's proven from the manual.

FAQ

Questions drivers ask.

Will this help me pass?+

That's what it's built for. The free check scores you on each test against the 80% pass line. Then your plan drills your weakest topics first, and the gauge shows when you're ready to book.

Is this what's on my test?+

Your test is written from the official Florida CDL manual. Every question here is built from it too, section by section, and shows you the page. You practice exactly the material you'll be tested on.

Can I try it free?+

Yes. Your first 35 questions are free, including the 15-question check. No sign-up, no card.

What do I get for $49?+

All 384 checked questions, adaptive and weak-spot drills, full practice exams for every test, plus the AI tutor and voice drills, for 60 days.

Is it up to date?+

Yes. It's built on the July 2022 Florida manual, the current edition, and every answer is checked against it.

Does it renew?+

Never. $49 once covers 60 days, then it simply ends. No subscription, nothing to cancel.

What if I've never driven a truck?+

Perfect place to start. The free check finds what you already know, and every answer explains the rule in plain words, so you learn as you go.

Do I need to download an app?+

No download. It runs in your phone's browser. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and it opens like an app.

Which tests does it cover?+

All three Florida Class A knowledge tests: General Knowledge, Combination Vehicles and Air Brakes.

Do I need a Class E license first?+

Yes. Florida's CDL manual says you need a Florida Class E license and Florida residency before you get a CDL.

What if I switch phones?+

Open Restore my pass on the new phone and enter the email you paid with and your card's last 4 digits. Your pass switches on there.
